SolarLink Facility
The mission of the Project is to advance the renewable energy transition in the United States by delivering high-quality, domestically manufactured solar panels that drive sustainability, innovation, and energy independence. This will be achieved through cutting-edge technology, strategic partnerships, and a commitment to excellence, with the ultimate aim being to empower utility-scale, commercial, and residential sectors with reliable, efficient, and affordable solar solutions, contributing to a cleaner and more sustainable future.
The SolarLink Solar Panel Manufacturing Project is a groundbreaking initiative aimed at establishing a state-of-the-art solar panel production facility in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Located at 715 E. Cheyenne Ave, this project represents a significant step in addressing the United States’ reliance on imported solar panels while contributing to the nation’s renewable energy goals. Once completed, the facility will be deploying advanced manufacturing technologies, strategic partnerships, and favorable market conditions, creating the perfect environment for it to position itself as a leading domestic producer of high-quality photovoltaic (PV) modules.
Construction of the Project is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2025 and to take approximately twelve months. The Project is expected to begin the manufacturing of the solar panels in 1Q 2026. The hiring and training of staff is expected to commence in 4Q 2025 and be fully staffed by 2Q 2026.
EB-5 investors will place their investments at risk in the project. To compensate for such risk, they will receive an interest of up to five percent (5%) accrued and paid quarterly for a period of five years.
The principal and interest of the EB-5 Loan will be paid back upon acceptance and approval of I829, which is expected to last no more than five years, and subject to the terms, conditions and limitations.
